Joshua Lund is requesting a license to sell tobacco, tobacco products, and tobacco related
de'vices at Jackson Express, 356 Jackson ,t\ venue in Elk Ri,rer. I\fr. Lund recently applied for
and received appro\ra1 for a tobacco license for BeauillyT Express. 1Jr. Lund has purcllased at
auction a second store (formerly Jackson Shop, \vhose tobacco license expired due to unpaid
property taxes).
