Background/Discussion
Section 2.2 of the HRA Bylaws state that notice of the annual meeting shall be published in the official
newspaper of the Authority and delivered to each Commissioner not less than ten (10) days in advance of
such meeting and shall be delivered to each Commissioner of the Authority and each member of the
governing body of the city.
It shall be the responsibility of the executive director to give this notice.
The annual meeting of the HRA will be held on February 3, 2020, at 5:30 p.m.

Housing and Redevelopment Authority
City of Elk River
The Elk River Housing and Development Authority will conduct a its annual meeting on Monday,
February 3, 2020, at 5:30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, MN.
HRA Bylaws require an annual meeting to review the status of the Authority, including its bylaws,
membership, operating policies, and financial condition.
All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing to express their questions, concerns,
comments. If you would like further information or to submit comments, contact Amanda Othoudt,
Economic Development Director, at 763.635.1042.
