Recognize Louise Kuester for her service.
Background/Discussion
Louise Kuester submitted notice on November 30, 2019, that she will not seek reappointment to the
HRA. Ms. Kuester has been instrumental in providing leadership and sharing her vision in shaping Elk
River for the past 26 years.
Ms. Kuester was appointed to the HRA on December 4, 2004, for a term beginning January 1, 2005. She
also served on the Planning Commission from January 1, 1993 to December 31, 2000 and served one
term on the City Council from January 1, 2001 to December 31, 2004. She also served on the EDA
during her council term.
Thank you Ms. Kuester, for your service to the Elk River community!
