CITY OF ELK RIVER
RESOLUTION 97-83
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Elk River enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. 76543 with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to-wit:
To provide for payment by the State to the City of the costs of the fencing and lighting
construction to be performed along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 169 from approximately
one half mile south of Main Street to 640 feet north of 193rd Street Northwest within the
corporate City limits under State Project No. 7106-58 (T.H. 169=018).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed
to execute such Agreement.
