We have been doing cycled inventory counts weekly throughout 2019 for the electric department. With the final count done in December, we have a discrepancy of $747 for the year, out of valued inventory of approximately $936,000 for a .08% discrepancy total. The water department is at 0% discrepancy. Kudos to everyone for that success! In preparation for new employer requirements for the Commercial Drivers License (CDL) , there has been some time dedicated to registering with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and getting everything set up for compliance in 2020. Minnesota Municipal Utilities Association (MMUA) has been helpful with providing information for this new requirement. ERMU staff will be meeting with Dave Berg Consulting on January 8 to begin our rate study now that we are with our new power provider. Staff has been gathering and preparing information needed for this study. ______________________________________________________________________________ Page 1 of 1 168
