Dear Mr. Khamdamov,
On December 2, 2019, the City received your completed Zone Change application located at 732
Vernon Avenue NW. As you know, State Statute requires a decision by the City within 60 days of
this application. The Statute also allows the City to extend the timeline an additional 60 days if
necessary.
Per your request, the City is extending the 60 day timeline to March 31, 2020. The City expects the
Planning Commission to review your application on January 28, 2020, and the City Council on
February 18, 2020
