A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION AND PRIMARY CONTACT
PERSON FOR COMMUNITY ROADSIDE LANDSCAPING PARTNERSHIP
PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Elk River act as sponsoring unit for the
project identified as Elk River Highway Beautification on the state trunk
highway(s) 169 and 10 to be conducted during the period April, 1995 through
November, 1995.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Phil Hals is hereby authorized to apply
to the Minnesota Department of Transportation for funding of this project on
behalf of the City of Elk River. I certify that the above resolution was
adopted or approved by the City Council of the City of Elk River on August
29, 1994.
