RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE GENERAL
ELECTION TO BE HELD NOVEMBER 8, 1994
WHEREAS, there will be a general election held on November 8, 1994; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 204B.21 (2) the City Council shall appoint
election judges for four wards within the City; and
WHEREAS, all election judges appointed by the City Council are qualified to be
trained election judges and will be certified by the county Auditor as
trained election judges.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota, that the following persons be appointed as election judges to
serve at the General Election on November 8, 1994.

Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 3rd day of October,
