Direct, by consensus, staff to begin preliminary design work on the Hillside access relocation, continue discussions with Sherburne County and continue to solicit public input. Background/Discussion At the January 18, 2020, work session, the City Council, with consensus, from the Parks and Recreation Commission, directed staff to obtain quotes from an engineering consultant, continue discussions with Sherburne County on cost participation and solicit input. City and County staff met with property owner's Board impacted by the proposed Hillside Park access from Tyler Drive. Their board provided feedback on the proposed access modification. Financial Impact Cost consideration for relocating access to Hillside Park with the potential for county participation.
