RESOLUTION 94 - 59
CITY OF ELK RIVER
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City of Elk River to participate
in the cost of a construction project located on TH No. 169 within the limits of said
municipality, and
WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the Commissioner of Transportation
and identified in his records as S.A.P. No. 204-010-02.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That we do hereby appropriate from our Municipal
State-Aid Street Funds the sum of $117,774.00 (Engineer's Estimate of Cost) to apply toward the
construction of said project and request the Commissioner of Transportation to approve this
authorization.
CERTIFICATION
I, Sandra Thackeray, duly appointed and qualified Clerk in and for the City of Elk River, State
of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the above is a true and full copy of a resolution duly adopted
by the City Council of said City assembled in regular session on the 23rd day of May, 1994.
