Action Requested
Authorize, by motion, a Consumption and Display Permit to Superior Studios, Inc. DBA Board and
Brush Creative Studio valid through March 31, 2021.
Background/Discussion
Superior Studios, Inc. applied for a Consumption and Display Permit for a new Board and Brush Creative
Studio opening soon at 13501 Business Center Drive NW. A Consumption and Display Permit is not an
actual liquor license. The permit only allows the permit holder to sell liquids to mix with intoxicating liquors
brought to the premises and consumed by patrons.
Consumption and Display Permits are granted by the State of Minnesota Alcohol and Gambling Division
following City Council authorization.
