A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN
THE MATTER OF THE TRUNK SANITARY SEWER AND
WATER IMPROVEMENT FOR THE AREA WEST OF COUNTY ROAD 1
OF 1993
WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report;
WHEREAS, the property owners proposed to be assessed for the improvements have waived
their rights to a public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota:
1.
The trunk sanitary sewer and water for the area west of County Road 1 improvement is
hereby ordered as recommended in the Feasibility Report dated April 15, 1993.
2.
Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc., is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this
improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications for
the making of the improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids.
Passed and adopted this 19th day of April, 1993.
