Background/Discussion
The applicant, ISD 728, is updating their submitted site plan and parking lot layout to address initial
concerns from staff and nearby property owners. The Planning Commission will review the updated
plans on February 25, 2020, and the City Council’s review will follow one-week later, March 2, 2020.
