I. Dennis Chuba, the Housing & Redevelopment Authority Vice Chair, hereby request
a closed meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority on Monday, March 2, 2020
at 5:45 p.m. for the following:
"The HRA will be holding a closed meeting per MN Statute 13D.05., Subd. 3(c)(3)
(the "Act") to develop or consider offer or counteroffers for the purchase or sale of
real or personal property". The property being discussed is:

In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three day, no to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
membe o the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the special meeting, in writing, at
