RESOLUTION 92 - ~
RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE ASSESSMENT RATE
FOR MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City has adopted a revised assessment manual on
March 6/ 1989/ which requires assessment rates for
Municipal State Aid street improvements be established
by resolution; and,
WHEREAS, the City last increased the assessment rates in May,
1989; and,
WHEREAS, the 1989/ 1990/ and 1991 assessment rates have been
determined to need to be increased to offset rises in
construction costs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Elk River City Council of
the City of Elk River, Minnesota:
1.
The assessment rate for municipal state street
improvements shall be $20.00 per front foot for
residential zoned property and $27.00 per front
foot for multiple family, commercial, and
industrial zoned property.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River
this 17th day of February, 1991.
