RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION SETTING A LICENSE FEE FOR
SEXUALLY ORIENTED LAND USES
WHEREAS, the cost incurred by the City to process, administer
and enforce a license should be borne by the licensee;
and,
WHEREAS, the Elk River Police Chief has considered the costs
that would be incurred by the City for the enforcement
of a license for a sexually oriented land use and has
made a recommendation on the amount of the fee for
said license; and,
WHEREAS, the Elk River City Council has duly considered the
Police Chief's recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Elk River, Minnesota, that the license fee for a
sexually oriented land use shall be $3,000 per year.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River
this 24th day of February, 1992.
