A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON
S.A.P. 204-113-06 FROM 1550. NORTH OF C.R. 30 TO
2620. NORTH OF C.R. 30 IN THE
CITY OF ELK RIVER
THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 2nd day of March, 1992, by the City of Elk
River in Sherburne County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall
hereinafter be called the "City", WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the improvement of M.S.A.S. 113 (Orono
Road) from County Rod 30 to 2620 feet north of County Road 30;
WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal State Aid Street Funds on
the improvement of this Street; and
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on
both sides of the street; and approval of the proposed
construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must
therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions.
NOW, THEREFORE. IT IS THEREBY RESOLVED:
That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of
M.S.A.S. 113 (Orono Road) from 1550' north of County Road 30 to 2620' feet
north of County Road 30 at all times.
