A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON
S.A.P. 204-113-05 FROM 4751 WEST OF T.H. 169
TO 8501 EAST OF T.H. 169 IN THE
CITY OF ELK RIVER, MINNESOTA
THIS RESOLUTION, passed thi s 2nd day of March. 1992. by the City of El k
River in Sherburne County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall
hereinafter be called the "City". WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS. the "City" has planned the improvement of M.S.A.S. 113 (Main
Street) from 4751 west of T.H. 169 to 850. east of T.H. 169.
WHEREAS. the "City" will be expending Municipal Street Aid Funds on the
improvement of this Street. and
WHEREAS. this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on
both sides of the street; and approval of the proposed
construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must
therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions.
NOW. THEREFORE. IT IS THEREBY RESOLVED:
That the "City". shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of
M.S.A.S. 113 (Main Street) at all times.
