RESOLUTION 92 - la
RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
DECLARING THE CITY'S INTENT TO BECOME THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT
UNIT RESPONSIBLE FOR ADMINISTERING THE INTERIM RULES
OF THE WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT OF 1991
WHEREAS, the State Legislature adopted the Wetland
Act of 1991 in an effort to protect
resources of the State of Minnesota; and,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council
of Elk River; that the City of Elk River hereby
intention to administer the interim provisions of
Conservation Act of 1991.
