RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO AGREEMENT WITH MNDOT TO PROVIDE
PAYMENT BY THE STATE FOR HIGHWAY 169 AND MAIN STREET PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Elk River enter into Agreement
No. 68943 with the State of Minnesota, Department of
Transportation for the following purposes, to-wit:
to provide for payment by the State to the City of the
State's share of the costs of grading, bituminous
surfacing and storm sewer construction and other
associated construction to be performed upon, along
and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 169 at the
intersection with Main Street within the corporate
City limits in accordance with plans, specifications
and/or special provisions designated as State Project
No. 7106-56 (T.H. 169=18) and State Aid Project No.
204-113-05.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City Officers are hereby
authorized and directed to execute such agreement.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River
this 20th day of April, 1992.
