A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE
WESTWOOD AREA IMPROVEMENT OF 1992
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 92 - 3, competitive bids were solicited and
received for the 1992 Westwood Area Improvement as set forth in
the bid tabulation attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference; and
WHERF.AS, the City Council has considered the amount of the bids and the
responsibility of the bidders and determined that Northdale
Construction Cc., Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder:
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, Minncsota~

The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized and direc.ted to
execute, on bp.half of the City, such contract with Northdale
Construction Co., Inc. as is approved by the City Attorney for the
completion of the 1992 Westwood Aren improvement according to the
approved plans and specifications designated in Resolution 92 - 3.
2. The City Admin'istrator is authorized and directed to forthwith return
to all bi dders the depos its made with thei r bi ds upon execution of
the contract above specified.
