RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE 92-17
SUMMARY OF UTILITIES ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk River hereby
amends Section 1300 of the Elk River Code of
Ordinances titled, "Sanitary Sewer Connections, Use,
and General Regulations" and does ordain as follows;
and,
WHEREAS, the ordinance amendment provides for the regulation of
the City of Elk River public sanitary sewer system,
sewer treatment facility, and private sewage
disposal. The regulations establish disposal
discharge standards, limitations for sewage disposal,
sewage connection requirements, and sanitary sewer
user rates and charges; and,
WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of this ordinance amendment is
available for inspection by any person at the office
of the Elk River City Clerk during normal business
hours; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance 92-17 was passed and adopted by the Elk
River City Council on 15th day of June, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Ordinance 92-17 shall
become effective upon publication of Resolution 92- 5~
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 30th day
of June , 1992.
