VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
March 5, 1941
A special meeting was held at the Municipal Bldg on Mar 5, at 3:00 P.M.
Members present:
M.C. Tesch, Pres; Frank Nickerson, E.L. Shadick, and G.A. Bailey, Trustees; J.
Clinton Walker, Clerk
Mr. L.D. Bailey and Mr. Duval were at the meeting.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss with Mr. Bailey the route of the sewer thru his property.
Agreement was reached on the matter of the meeting adjourned.
No further business. Meeting adjourned.
