VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
May 1, 1941
A special meeting was held at the Municipal Bldg on May 1, 1941. Representatives of the Highway
Dept were present. A motion was made by Frank Nickerson to adopt the following Resolution.

Approving the proposal layout for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 10, formerly designated
as Trunk Highway No. 3.
Resolution by the Village Council of the Village of Elk River
Whereas, the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minn. has designated the location of Trunk
Highway No. 10 formerly designated as Trunk Highway No. 3 through the Village of Elk River as
shown upon the plan which is presented herewith and made a part hereof, and
Whereas, said Commissioner of Highways proposes to make certain improvements in said Trunk
Highways through said Village of Elk River has prepared plans showing the layout of said
improvements and designating the point of access to said Highway, a copy of which said layout is
presented herewith and made a part of this resolution.
Be it further resolved that said layout plan for the improvement of said Trunk Highway and through
said Village of Elk River be the same hereby is approved.
