VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
December 1, 1941
A regular meeting was held at the Municipal Bldg on December 1, 1941 at 7:30 P.M.
Members present:
M.C. Tesch, Pres; E.L. Shadick and G.A. Bailey, Trustees; J. Clinton Walker, Clerk
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
August Leider asked for a grocery order to keep him until he received his W.P.A. check. He was
allowed a $10.00 food stamp book.
A motion was made by G.A. Bailey and seconded by E.L. Shadick approving the list of lands
forfeited for the year of 1934 and classified as anon conservative by the County Board.
The list is as follows

A motion was made by G.A. Bailey and seconded by E.L. Shadick authorizing the purchase of two
canvas blankets by the fire dept.
