A RESOLUTION RECEIVING mE FEASmILITY REPORT

IMPROVEMENT IN mE MATTER OF mE SEAL COAT
IMPROVEMENT OF 1992
WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report ordered by the Council in Resolution 92-46 has been prepared
with reference to the 1992 Seal Coat improvement and was received by the City on
June 15, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report recommends that the proposed improvement is feasible;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota;

1. The City Council will consider the 1992 Seal Coat improvement as described in the
Feasibility Report and the assessment of the property abutting this proposed improvement
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section
429 at an estimated total cost for the improvement of $3,700.
A public hearing shall be held before the City Council on the proposed improvement on the
20th day of July, 1992, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. at the Elk River Public Library.

3. The City Administrator shall provide ten days mailed notice and two weeks published
notice on the hearing as required by law.
4. Resolution 92-52 adopted June 15, 1992 shall be rescinded.
Passed and adopted this 6th day of July, 1992.
