VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
December 17, 1941
A regular meeting was held at the Municipal Bldg on December 17, 1941
Members present:
M.C. Tesch, Pres; Frank Nickerson, E.L. Shadick, and G.A. Bailey, Trustees; J.
Clinton Walker, Clerk
A motion was made by E.L. Shadick to grant Cigarette licenses to the following persons:
T.W. McMillan – John Blocker
E.L. Shadick – R.C. O’Reilly
Arthur Legar – Walter Johnson
J.M. Kramer – Donald Hovey
Leo Varville – Donald Davis
E.A. Parent – A.E. Eklund
G.A. Bailey seconded the motion. Motion carried.
A motion was made by G.A. Bailey and seconded by E.L. Shadick to grant Richard Dreissig a
Building Permit to build a garage on his lot 6 and 7 in Burrell addition.
The following bills were allowed and ordered paid.
