Developers Forum,at City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway,Elk River,MN on March 26,2020,at 9:00
a.m..A quorum of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority may attend the Developers Forum;
however,they will not convene any meeting,and no action will be taken by the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority during the Developers Forum.
