RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS 92-60 AND 92-61
RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT, ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING,
DETERMINING ASSESSED COST, AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF
ASSESSMENT ROLL IN THE MATTER OF THE 1992 SEALCOAT
IMPROVEMENT OF 165TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, on July 6, 1992, the Elk River City Council adopted
Resolution 92-60 which called for receiving of the
feasibility report and ordering a public hearing on
the improvement in the matter of the 1992 Seal coat
Improvement of 165th Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, on July 6 the City Council adopted Resolution 92-61
which determined the assessed cost of the improvement
and ordered the preparation of the proposed assessment
roll in the matter of the 1992 Seal coat Improvement of
165th Avenue; and,
.
WHEREAS, an agreement has been made between the RDF Board and
the City of Elk River regarding the cost of the
improvement; and,
WHEREAS, due to this agreement, there is no need to order an
improvement project for the sealcoating improvements
of 165th Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has voted to postpone indefinitely
the matter of the 1992 assessment of 165th Avenue for
sealcoating improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Elk River to rescind Resolution 92-60, A
Resolution Receiving the Feasibility Report and
Ordering a Public Hearing on the Improvement in the
Matter of the 1992 Sealcoat Improvement of 165th
Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council
rescind Resolution 92-61, A Resolution Determining the
Assessed Cost of Improvement and Ordering the
Preparation of Proposed Assessment Roll in the matter
of the 1992 Sealcoat Improvement of 165th Avenue.
