Receive two short proposal presentations for the Activity Center property and provide staff direction.
Background/Discussion
At the March 2, 2020, Council Work Session, the Council directed staff to prepare to sell the Activity
Center property as is. Representatives from a local arts group had asked to present an option for the
council to consider. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, they were unable to attend.
In the interim, the city administrator was contacted by a representative of a new Montessori school who
would also like the council to hear their proposal.
