Action Requested
Hear presentations from four final consultants in response to the EDA Strategic Plan RFP.
Background/Discussion
At the February 18, 2020, EDA meeting, the EDA made a recommendation to have staff and
Commissioners Hartwig and Blesener conduct a pre-review of the proposals submitted for the EDA
Strategic Plan.
The two commissioners conducted a pre-review of all proposals on March 9, 2020. The consensus was to
invite the four finalists to present their proposals to the EDA commission this evening.
Financial Impact
The EDA budgeted $50,000 for the development of a Strategic Plan in 2020.
