RESOLUTION 92 - 80
RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A RESIDENTIAL ANTIDISPLACEMENT
AND RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
WHEREAS, temporary or permanent displacement or persons,
families or businesses may occur in the City of Elk
River as a result of certain housing, redevelopment,
or economic development projects; and,
WHEREAS, as a result of these projects, the temporary or
permanent displacement of persons, families or
businesses should be mitigated with the adoption of a
Residential Antidisplacement and Relocation Assistance
Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Elk River that the Residential Antidisplacement and
Relocation Assistance Plan for the City of Elk River
is hereby adopted.
