A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND RECOMMENDING MNDOT PROCEED WITH
EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE
MAIN STREET BRIDGE REPLACEMENT IMPROVEMENT OF 1992
WHEREAS, pursuant to direction from the Minnesota Department of Transportation
(MnDOT) , competitive bids were solicited and received for the Main Street
Bridge Replacement improvement; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has considered the amount of the bids and determined that
C. S. McCrossen, Inc., is the lowest responsible bidder, contingent upon review
of the bids and concurrence by MnDOT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota:

1.
The City Council recommends that the MnDOT Commissioner of Transportation, as
agent for the City, award the above-referenced contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
2. The City Clerk shall complete the City Clerk Certificate, attached hereto, and return to
the City Engineer.
