RESOLUTION 92 - 83
RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATION
FOR CELEBRITY BOWL CHARITIES, INC.
WHEREAS, Celebrity Bowl Charities, Inc. have made application
to the City Council for a Class B Premise Permit; and
WHEREAS, the premise permit would allow charitable gambling on
the premise; and,
WHEREAS, the premise upon which the gambling will be conducted
is Elk River Bowl.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Elk River grants its approval of a Class B
Premise Permit to Celebrity Bowl Charities, Inc. for
gambling to be conducted at Elk River Bowl.
