NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Elk River City Council may be attending the Open
House via telephone or other electronic means to review preliminary plans for the Lake Orono
Restoration and Enhancement project (LORE) scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, 2020, from
4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway. A quorum of the Elk River
City Council may participate by telephone or other electronic means; however, they will not convene
any meeting, and no action will be taken by the City Council during the event.
