RESOLUTION 92 - 95 RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER A RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE 92 -~, SUMMARY OF MINERAL EXTRACTION ORDINANCE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk River hereby amends Section 720 of the Elk River Code of Ordinances titled "Mineral Extraction" and does ordain as follows; and, WHEREAS, the ordinance amendment provides for the regulation of mineral extraction activities. The regulations establish standards for issuance of an extraction license and conditional use permit for extraction activities; and, WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of this ordinance amendment is available for inspection by any person at the office of the Elk River City Clerk during normal business hours; and, . WHEREAS, Ordinance 92-~7was passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council on the 21st day of September, 1992. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Ordinance 92~7 shall become effective upon publication of Resolution 92-~. Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 21st day of September, 1992.
