RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE
92-28, SUMMARY OF EXCAVATION, GRADING, AND FILLING ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk River hereby adds
Section 900.31 to the Elk River Code of Ordinances,
titled "Excavation, Grading, and Filling" and does
ordain as follows; and,
WHEREAS, the ordinance amendment provides for the regulation of
excavation, grading, and filling activities in which
material is not removed from the premise. The
regulations establish standards for all excavation,
grading, and filling operations; and,
WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of this ordinance amendment is
available for inspection by any person at the office
of the City Clerk during normal business hours; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance 92-28 was passed and adopted by the Elk
River City Council on the 21st day of September, 1992.
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Ordinance 92-28 shall
become effective upon publication of Resolution 92-96.
