At a meeting of the City Council of the City of Elk River, held on the 4th day
of
May
, 1992, the following Resolution was offered

seconded by Councilmember, Kropuenske
to wit:
WHEREAS the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has prepared a
preliminary layout for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 187 renumbered as Trunk
Highway No. 101 within the corporate limits of the City of Elk River, from the Mississippi River to Jet.
TH 10 & 169; and seeks the approval thereof, and
WHEREAS said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of the Department
of Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as Layout No. 1A S.P.
.2738-08 & S.P. 8608-07 (101=187) from TH 94 to Jet. TH 10 & 169.
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary layouts for the improvement
of said Trunk Highway with the corporate limits be and hereby are approved.
Upon the call of the roll the following Council Members voted in favor of
the Resolution vice Mayor Holmgren. Councilmembers Kropuenske and Dietz
The following Council members voted against its adoption: None
whereupon the Mayor and/or the presiding officer declared the Resolution adopted.
