VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
April 15, 1935
A special meeting of the Village Council was held at Caley Hdwe Store, Monday April 15, 1935
at 9 o’clock A.M.
Present: D.E. Davis, Pres.; Geo. Cornelius, J.D. Flaherty and Wm. Patenaude, Trustees;
Wm. H. Greupner, Clerk.
This meeting was called for the purpose of allowing Emily Roman an On and Off Sale non
intoxicating Malt Liquor License. A motion was made by Wm Greupner, seconded by Geo.
Cornelius and carried to grant Emily Roman the On and Off Sale licenses.
Roland Murray and Gerard Flaherty presented a petition to the Council for a sidewalk and curve in
front of their houses. A motion was made by Wm Patenaude, seconded by Geo. Cornelius to have
the Clerk see Mrs. Middelstadt or Wilson and have this sidewalk and curve put in. Mr. F. Nickerson
to survey. Motion carried.
No further business meeting adjourned.
