VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
June 23, 1936
The special meeting of the Village Council was held at the Municipal Bldg Tuesday June 23, 1936 at
10:00 o’clock A.M.
Members present:
J.D. Flaherty, Pres.; G.A. Bailey, Wm Patenaude, Trustees;
Wm H Greupner, Clerk.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the transferring of G.H. Lewis 3.2 non-intoxicating malt
liquor license to Mrs. Agnes Meyer now operating in Mr. Lewis place of business. A motion was
made by G.A. Bailey seconded by Wm Patenaude to transfer the above license.
A motion was made by G.A. Bailey and seconded by Wm Patenaude to transfer G.H. Lewis’s Dance
License to Mrs. Agnes Meyer. Motion carried.
No further business meeting adjourned.
