VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
June 25, 1936
The special meeting of the Village Council was held at the Municipal Bldg Thursday June 25, 1936 at
1:00 o’clock P.M.
Members present:
J.D. Flaherty, Pres.; G.A. Bailey, Geo Cornelius, Wm Patenaude, Trustees;
Wm H Greupner, Clerk.
The purpose of this meeting was to approve the transfer of C.E. Booths 3.2 non intoxicating malt
liquor license to Jos. Johnston now operating in his place.
A motion was made by Wm Greupner seconded by G.A. Bailey to transfer C.E. Booths 3.2 malt
liquor license to Jos. Johnston. Motion carried.
No further business meeting adjourned.
