VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
July 13, 1936
The special meeting of the Village Council was held at the Municipal Bldg Monday July 13, 1936 at
8:00 o’clock P.M.
Members present:
J.D. Flaherty, Pres.; G.A. Bailey, Geo Cornelius, Wm Patenaude, Trustees;
Wm H Greupner, Clerk.
The purpose of this meeting was to open bids that the Village had called for on a centrifical pump.
The following bids were presented
R.B. Witacre and Co 375.00
Fairbanks Morse Co 376.00
After going over the matter thoroughly with the representative of each company a motion was made
by G.A. Bailey seconded by Geo Cornelius to purchase the Deau Hill Pump thru R.B. Whitacre and
Co Jobbers for Deau Hill Pump Co.
No further business meeting adjourned.
