SUBJECT: Resolution Acknowledging Contribution to the Elk River Police
Department from The Bank of Elk River
The Elk River Police Department recently received a donation in the amount of $600.95 from The
Bank of Elk River to be used for National Night Out.
Attached is a resolution acknowledging The Bank of Elk River's contribution to the Elk River Police
Department.
Action Requested
It is requested that Mayor and Council adopt the attached resolution acknowledging the monetary
contribution from The Bank of Elk River pursuant to Minnesota State Statute 465.03.

RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING
CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE
CITY OF ELK RIVER
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a $600.95 donation from The Bank of Elk River
with the intent it be used by the Elk River Police Department for National Night Out; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River
to acknowledge the support and commend The Bank of Elk River for their donation.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 11th day of July 2005.
