VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
April 22, 1938
The special meeting of the Village Council was held at the Caley Hdwe Store Friday April 22, 1938
at 10 o’clock A.M.
Members present:
Frank Nickerson, Pres.; G.A. Bailey, Geo Cornelius, Trustees;
Wm H Greupner, Clerk.
The purpose of this meeting was to act upon the application which was presented by Mr. Johnson,
Manager of the Farmers Co-op Oil Co. to build a filling station on the corner of Main and Quincy
Streets. After looking over plans and specification a motion was made by Geo Cornelius seconded
by Wm Greupner to grant this permit to Mr. Johnson.
No further business meeting adjourned.
