VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
August 9, 1938
The special meeting of the Village Council was held at Greupners Shoe Store Tuesday Aug 9, 1938
at 2 o’clock P.M.
The purpose of this meeting was to decide if the Village should appropriate any money to the Four
H Fair. A motion was made by G.A. Bailey seconded by Wm Greupner to appropriate $125.00
instead of the $250.0 as in previous years for the reason that the General Fund is so low at the
present time.
No further business meeting adjourned.
