VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
November 22, 1938
The special meeting of the Village Council was held at the Municipal Building Tuesday Nov 22,
1938 at 8 o’clock P.M.
Members present:
Frank Nickerson, Pres.; G.A. Bailey, Wm Patenaude, Trustees;
Wm H Greupner, Clerk. J.H. Daly, Treas
The purpose of this meeting was to examine the Annual reports of the Clerk and Treasurer. After a
complete check up, the reports were accepted.
No further business meeting adjourned.
