VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
December 8, 1938
The special meeting of the Village Council was held at the Municipal Building Wednesday Dec 8,
1938
Members present:
Frank Nickerson, Pres.; G.A. Bailey, Geo Cornelius, Trustees;
Wm H Greupner, Clerk.
The purpose of this meeting was to take up the matter about a dance license for Joe Ledder. A
motion was made by Geo Cornelius seconded by G.A. Bailey that the license fee would be one
dollar a dance for dances held about his place of business and five dollars a month if he held dances
in his place of business.
No further business meeting adjourned.
