RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATION
FOR THE ELK RIVER-ROGERS VFW POST #5518
WHEREAS, the Elk River-Rogers VFW Post #5518 have made
application for a Premise Permit to operate Class B
lawful gamblingj and,
WHEREAS, a Class B Premise Permit allows the operation of
pull-tabs, tipboards, paddlewheels and rafflesj and,
WHEREAS, the premise upon which the gambling will be conducted
is the Sunshine Depotj 701 Main Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Elk River grants its approval of a Premise
Permit for Class B Gambling Operations to the Elk
River-Rogers VFW for gambling to be conducted at the
Sunshine Depot.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, this 16th day of November, 1992.
