RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1992-93 CITY OF ELK RIVER
SNOW AND ICE CONTROL POLICY
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River has in previous years followed
an informal snow and ice control policy; and,
WHEREAS, the snow and ice control policy for the City of Elk
River has improved and expanded to the point where the
policy and procedures need to be documented; and,
WHEREAS, the Elk River City Council formally adopted the City
Snow and Ice Control Policy on 1/7/91 and plan to
annually review and adopt the policy; and,
WHEREAS, the Elk River City Council has reviewed the City of
Elk River snow and ice control policy most recently in
November, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Elk River that the City Snow and Ice Control Policy
dated 11/18/92 is hereby adopted and approved as the
appropriate ~ity procedures for snow and ice control.
Passed and adopted~y the City Council of the City of Elk River
this 23rd day of November, 1992.
