RESOLUTION 91-~
RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1990-91 CITY OF ELK RIVER
SNOW AND ICE CONTROL POLICY
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River has in previous years followed
and informal snow and ice control policy; and,
WHEREAS, the snow and ice control pOlicy for the City of Elk
River has improved and expanded to the point where the
pOlicy and procedures need to be documented; and,
WHEREAS, the Elk River City Council has reviewed the City of
Elk River snow and ice control policy each winter and
most recently in December, 1990.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Elk River that the City Snow and Ice Control Policy
dated 12/13/90 is hereby adopted and approved as the
appropriate City procedures for snow and ice control.
